The story of The One Consulting began in Morocco in 2010, when Johanne Saget moved to Marrakech.
At the time, the luxury hotel industry in Marrakech was booming, so Johanne decided to set up her own consulting and training company to enhance the customer experience in the luxury sector.
Since then, the company has relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, and now operates both nationally and internationally. Today, it boasts a team of experts in luxury goods and customer relations, whom we invite you to discover here.
