The story of The One Consulting began in Morocco in 2010, when Johanne Saget moved to Marrakech.

At the time, the luxury hotel industry in Marrakech was booming, and so Johanne decided to set up her own consulting and training company to improve the customer experience in the luxury sector.

Since then, the company has relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, with a national and international reach. It now boasts a team of experts in the Luxury Goods and Customer Relations professions, whom we invite you to discover here.
