Who is this training for?
The Bar and Mixology course is specifically aimed at Chefs Barmans, Barmans, Commis de Bar and Apprentice Barmans, particularly those based in Geneva, Switzerland, who are looking to deepen their skills in cocktail creation. With comprehensive training on the basics of the bartending profession, the development of knowledge in wines and spirits, the improvement of cocktail-making techniques and learning how to create innovative cocktails.
What is the aim of this training?
The Bar and Mixology course aims to provide participants with in-depth expertise in the bartending profession. It enables them to master the essential basics of the trade, such as service techniques, handling bar tools and the principles of cocktail composition. It offers the opportunity to develop their knowledge of wines and spirits, exploring the different types of alcoholic beverages, their characteristics and their uses in Mixology.
The course also aims to improve cocktail-making techniques, with an emphasis on precision, creativity and presentation. Participants learn to create innovative cocktails by combining ingredients and techniques in original ways.
