    • Brainstorming: How do you feel about change?
    • LEGO SERIOUS PLAY activity: express your feelings, doubts and questions about change, for yourself and your team.
    • The wheel of emotions: identify them to manage them better
  • 2. IMPLEMENT A POSITIVE ACTION PLAN

    • 1/2/4 ALL: collection of individual and collective ideas
    • Processing topics
    • Promoting the hotel’s vision and objectives
    • Drawing up a concrete, positive action plan
  • 3. OPTIMIZE YOUR COMMUNICATION

    • ZOOM: a fun group activity to optimize communication
    • Presenting change to your teams
    • Gather feelings, doubts, apprehensions
    • Listening and responding to resistance
  • 4. COMMUNICATE WITH THE DISC

    • DISC online test
    • Collective debriefing of the 4 colors
    • Presentation of the characteristics of each profile
