    • Brainstorming: How do you feel about change?
    • LEGO SERIOUS PLAY activity: express your feelings, doubts, and questions about change, both for yourself and your team
    • The wheel of emotions: identify them to manage them more effectively
  • 2. IMPLEMENT A POSITIVE ACTION PLAN

    • 1/2/4 ALL: collecting individual and collective ideas

    • Drawing up a concrete, positive action plan

    • DISC Personality Test
