HISTORY OF THE ONE CONSULTING
When she walked through the doors of the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme Hotel, Johanne Saget was enchanted. It was here that the future founder of The One Consulting discovered luxury for the first time. With its tailor-made olfactory identity, refined, elegant decor and meticulous, orchestrated service, all her senses were awakened. It’s“a feast for the eyes and the heart”, as she describes it to this day. The search for this Enchantment is at the origin of The One Consulting and its training offer.
SUBLIMATING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CAN’T BE INVENTED
After graduating from a top business school, Johanne turned to the world of luxury goods. She began her career as a sales advisor in various prestigious brand boutiques in Paris. But, as the months go by, her sense of wonder seems far from her memory. The teams are trained in the products, not in the codes of luxury. Customer relations are lacking, which affects the quality of service.
After several years as an expatriate working for an international consulting firm, Johanne settled in Marrakech. In the emblematic city of Moroccan tourism, she worked in hotel project management. The sector was booming at the time. It saw the reopening of the Mamounia, the inauguration of the Royal Mansour, the arrival of the Four Seasons, the Hyatt, the Mandarin Oriental… Yet here, as in Paris, Johanne finds herself asking the same questions. How can we improve the customer experience?
