Manager with DISC training is based on an in-depth understanding of the different behavioral profiles: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Compliance. Using this model, your Managers will be able to adapt their leadership and communication approach according to the profiles of their employees. This approach optimizes interactions between team members and increases their effectiveness.

Who is this training for?

The Managing with DISC training course is specifically aimed at Managers, Assistant Managers and Management teams, particularly in Switzerland and Geneva. It gives them the tools they need to understand and effectively use the DISC model in their day-to-day management of teams.
